fruits and vegetables

We have all heard about their importance in our everyday nutrition. what about using them for our beauty?

lets start with a potato mix for tires eyes with bags.

1 potato pilled off
5 chamomile drops (let it cool before using it)
milk (as much as it takes to make a fine texture)
Wash well and chop the potato in half. the first half shoud be boiled and put the other half in a blendler with some milk until it becomes pretty firm. Then mix the 2 parts and stir. Apply all around your eyes! (sooo easy)


carrot mask for skin normalization

1/2 carrot washed and pilled
2 spoonfouls of corn flour or baby food in powder
Put the carrot in the juicer and then mix it with the flour.Apply in your face for 20 minutes and rince with hot water. Use it 2-3 times a week.
